Permanent Cosmetics Studio & Boutique Director Racquel Jenkins Moss-Solomon made us all sit up and take note last year when she introduced Grammy-Award winner make-up artist Eve Pearl to our shores and got the inimitable Sam Fine to show us how to create magnificent brows. The big news this year is that the fabulous go to girl is now adding exclusive distributor of celebrity make-up artist Scott Barnes’ Body Bling product in the Caribbean to her list of impressive achievements. Barnes himself is thrilled at the prospect and shared with Under the Dryer how “excited” he was “to introduce Body Bling to the Caribbean… Now women on the islands can look like bronzed goddesses without the harmful effects of the sun”.

Indeed, they can.

Moss-Solomon shared how excited and nervous she was as this partnership is a “major investment for me. I know Body Bling is a good product, and the response has been overwhelming so far, so I am hoping everything will take off”. Our bet is that it will continue to find favour with all women. There is more good news for Under The Dryer to share. Scott Barnes is coming to Jamaica in April to host a seminar with Permanent Cosmetics. Plans are also in the works for Moss-Solomon to open a boutique in Trinidad, later this year. Naturally there will be ample amounts of Body Bling in Trinidad for carnival.
