VP Records releases digital EP Changes from German reggae star

GERMAN reggae star Gentleman is set to see the US release of his fifth studio album Diversity with reggae’s premier record label, VP Records, this year. The renowned international star first serves up a digital EP, Changes, which will be released by VP Records on February 22, 2011.

The digital EP Changes features three hits from the full-length album, all of which are bonafide smashes ever since hitting the airwaves from Germany to Jamaica. The sizzling singles Changes and Lonely Days were both produced by Jamaican hit-maker Don Corleon, and the electro-dance fusion To The Top features Jamaican singer Christopher Martin. Its video has recorded almost five million views since its release on YouTube in July 2010.

Placing reggae on the pop charts in his native country, Gentleman continues to seamlessly fuse cultures and blend genres to create his own eclectic sound while staying true to his roots reggae foundation. This latest collection of works proves the diversity of his artistry. The digital EP Changes will be available on iTunes and other major online retailers, including VP Records’ own PlanetReggae.com.
