Oprah Winfrey on Tuesday last gave the McGhee family and their miracle sextuplets $250,000 credit at Walmart as well as a honeymoon in Las Vegas – despite the fact the couple got married 11 years ago. Rozonno and Mia McGhee and their sextuplets – Olivia, Madison, Rozonno Jr, Josiah, Elijah and Isaac – appeared on the show Tuesday after they became an Internet sensation when Mia posted a family photo on her Facebook page.

As well as millions of other people all over the world, it attracted the attention of Oprah who thought: “I love that picture, I have to meet them.” The McGhees are the first in Columbus to have sextuplets and they said their case was very different from so-called Octomom Nadya Suleman. Suleman was overwhelmed with financial help after her story of eight miracle babies was publicised. But for the McGhees, very few people came forward to give them the financial help they needed. On the show, the couple told the chat-show queen how difficult and expensive it is raising the six babies and revealed they go through 50 diapers and 30 bottles a day.

Madonna’s ex Carlos Leon talks of his love for their daughter

Carlos Leon had a passionate affair with Madonna in the 1990s which resulted in their daughter Lourdes, 14, who he says is the love of his life. Although their relationship did not last, Carlos said in a new interview: “I’m forever grateful to [Madonna]”. The pair met in 1994 in New York City but split up seven months after the birth of their daughter in 1997. “I have no regrets. I wouldn’t change anything. I got the best thing out of that relationship, and that’s my daughter. My daughter is everything to me”, he added. Speaking to People magazine to promote his new film Immigration Tango, the 44-year-old actor and personal trainer admitted that he finds it difficult to be strict with his daughter. “I’m a lenient dad. I’m very empathetic, and I’m good at listening to my daughter. I’m probably a bad dad when it comes to disciplining her”, Carlos shared. He also said he compromises when it comes to his teen daughter’s curfew with her shooting for 10:30 from his 10 pm rule but then settling on 10:15 to keep both of them happy.

Justin Bieber has shocked fans with his new “mature” haircut after having his trademark ‘Bieber bob’ cut off. The pop singer has got rid of his swooshing locks in favour of a shorter more textured style. Tuesday last the 16-year-old teased his fans, tweeting the message: “Thinking about getting a haircut… hmmmmmm.” Soon after he revealed his cut on TMZ Live while on the set of a new music video he is doing in collaboration with American band Rascal Flatts. Lead vocalist Gary LeVox is seen in the stills tending to Bieber’s newly shorn locks. However, the pint-sized singer revealed that the new style was in fact the handiwork of his regular hairdresser Vanessa. He admitted to being a little nervous about the cut, but concluded he “wanted to change it up,” adding that his new chop was “kind of mature”.
