Whitney Houston’s daughter says she was set up over drug pictures

Whitney Houston’s teenage daughter has claimed she was “set up” following the publication of pictures allegedly showing her snorting cocaine. The 18-year-old claims that all is not what it seems and that she was set up. “It’s really not what it looks like,” tweeted Bobbi Kristina Brown. In the pictures, a woman alleged to be Kristina is shown snorting lines of a white powdery substance, alleged to be cocaine. According to the National Enquirer who obtained the pictures, she was snapped using the drug at two different parties. The article also stated that she regularly indulges in marijuana and “guzzles beer and gets smashed on Everclear, a potent grain alcohol”. A former boyfriend of Kristina went to the magazine with the claims. He said that Brown admitted that she is becoming like her mother Whitney, who has had her own past problems with substance abuse. “Krissi is addicted to cocaine. I’ve tried to stop her, but all she said was, ‘I’m just like my mother!'” he told the magazine. He alleges that the teen is addicted to the drug and claims to have witnessed her out of control behaviour at one of the parties.

Jon Cryer gets first job since Two And A Half Men

It looks like Jon Cryer has moved on from Two And a Half Men — by getting a job as Ellen DeGeneres’ receptionist. The actor appeared in a comedy sketch where he answered the phones in the talk show host’s offices. Cryer, who stars alongside Charlie Sheen in the hit TV sitcom, has so far stayed mum on the erratic actions of Sheen, which have led to the programme being yanked off air. “I needed the work,” Cryer, 45, said. DeGeneres told him: “You do the work of two-and-a-half men.” As he stopped to pick up a ringing phone he joked — in a comment likely to be seen as a direct hit at Sheen’s antics: “Oh, this is a trainwreck.” Cryer and his co-stars were due to return to work on Two And A Half Men last Tuesday, but late last week CBS and Warner Brothers Television announced they were cancelling production for the rest of the season.

Heather Locklear’s face is line-free as she approaches 50

With her line-free skin and glowing complexion, Heather Locklear hardly looks like a woman approaching 50. In fact, the radiant star could pass for 10 years younger than her 49 years. Heather, frequently a subject of plastic surgery rumours, was pictured as she arrived for the Regis and Kelly show in New York last Friday. Dressed in jeans and a white top she smiled and posed for the cameras, despite the early hour. Inside the studio she then changed into some skinny jeans and an animal print top for her interview. The actress has long fuelled debate about whether she has gone under the surgeon’s knife, but has always denied it. However she concedes that it is something she may consider “in the future”. “I think [plastic surgery] is great!” she has said. “Especially since I’m at an age now where all my friends talk about it. No one’s done it yet, but it’s all they talk about.”
