Necessary Luxury – Elizabeth Chung
A treadmill, workout videos and good sneakers help to ensure that I stay a perfect size 6; as my day typically starts with a 4:00 am appointment with my treadmill or turbo jam.
I am a Unity Truth student, so my morning dose of Daily Word helps to keep me focused and in touch with my divine Creator.
Going to and from meetings is a necessary part of my job, so my car keys are always on hand. And my Apple laptop helps me to stay paperless and get the job done.
Water is a big part of the ‘keeping healthy plan’ so my water bottle is always in my car. Finally, My Digicel BlackBerry keeps me organised, and my Google calendar is always on hand before I make the next commitment. E-mails and BBM keep me in touch professionally and also with family and friends.
