Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie get dressed for Easter Sunday ahead of royal wedding

While all eyes will be on Prince William and Kate Middleton at Friday’s royal wedding, other members of the royal family will also attract attention for their outfits. And his cousins, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, looked as if they were getting in some early practice in the style stakes when they joined their royal relatives at last Easter Sunday’s matins service. The sisters looked as if they were on their way to a wedding in their short, smart dresses, high heels and hats as they walked to the service at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle. Beatrice, 22, wore a light brown peplum style dress for the service, which she teamed with a patterned bag, dark brown shoes and an offbeat beige hat which rested just above her forehead. Her younger sister Eugenie, 20, opted for a more conventional white dress and cream jacket, which she wore with nude heels and a white hat.

Khloe Kardashian slammed for not pulling her ‘weight’

Khloe Kardashian has endured cruel comments about her weight over the years. Yet, rather than providing sympathy and support, it seems her mother is one of her toughest critics. In a controversial sneak peek of Khloe’s reality show Khloe & Lamar, Kris Jenner tells her daughter she must start watching her attitude towards her weight. The provocative topic of discussion arises after Kris calls Khloe, 26, to discuss her concerns in a telephone conversation. The 55-year-old matriarch is Khloe’s manager and the driving force behind the Kardashian empire, which raked in $65 million last year. She tells her daughter that her attitude is unacceptable for the brand name of the Kardashians’ Quicktrim diet supplement, for which Khloe and her two sisters, Kim and Kourtney, are spokeswomen. “Can we have a little chat about Quicktrim? I just think the way you are presenting yourself in the media is a little off-base and I feel like you and I need to have a chat about what you are doing to the brand,” Kris says. A shocked Khloe immediately responds, “What am I doing to the brand? And how am I presenting myself to the media?” Kris is then heard on the other line, saying, “I’ve worked so hard at creating what I think is a great deal for you girls and you’re not pulling your end of the weight. I feel like you could not chat about how many cookies you are eating in between meals to the media.” In her retort, Khloe reiterates that she is trying to maintain a healthy weight in order to get pregnant with her husband of nearly two years, Los Angeles Laker basketballer Lamar Odom.

Did bullying drive Emma out of Brown University?

As Hermione Granger, she helped to shield Harry Potter from the Hogwarts bullies. Yet it seems Emma Watson was herself in need of some protection during her time at a top US university, amid claims that classmates taunted her. The actress, who has a fortune estimated at £10 million, announced last month that she was putting her studies at Brown University on hold, claiming she could not juggle her degree with her acting commitments. However, reports claim that students picked on the 21-year-old at the Ivy League institution. Watson is said to have been the subject of frequent jibes whenever she answered questions in lectures. A source told the New York Daily News, “They would respond with a quote from Harry Potter. The most popular choice was, ‘Three points for Gryffindor!'” Watson, who was studying European women’s history and drama, has admitted being “scared” that she wouldn’t fit in when she arrived at the university in September 2009. She said of her peers, “I was afraid they’d think, ‘You’re famous. You’re given free handbags. Why should you deserve to be normal?'”

The actress, pictured second left, during her first semester at the school in2009, wanted to be treated like any other student.
