‘Jennifer Aniston knocked my socks off’ – Secret lover breaks silence

A film crew member who claims to have had a secret relationship with Jennifer Aniston has spoken out about their time together. Brian Bouma, 40, who was pictured leaving Courteney Cox’s home with the 42-year-old in 2008, says he was pursued by the star on the Canadian set of Love Happens that same year. “As a lighting technician, you learn not to approach the talent,” he tells the latest issue of Star magazine. “But she approached me. I was only on set for seven hours. But the old quote says it best, ‘She had me at hello’. I had a crush on her. It was impossible not to. Jennifer knocked my socks off.”

Bouma, who is 6ft 3in, says she invited him to Los Angeles for 10 days and he accompanied her to best friend Courteney’s Oscars party in Beverly Hills. He is also understood to have visited her on the set of Marley & Me in South Florida. He insists the perception of the star as a lonely singleton is off the mark. “Not true, not true whatsoever,” he says. “Jen is not the person people think she is. All that stuff about her being lonely is just ridiculous.” He says the actress ultimately called off their liaison because she prefers bad boys. “She did tell me that I was too ‘Mr Pure’.” Jennifer went on to date singer John Mayer on and off before he ended the romance in late 2008. Bouma had no hard feelings about their split, saying, “She’s a lovely, smart woman and a fabulous person.”

Guy Ritchie was circumcised for Madonna

There are many things a man would do for the woman he loves, but not every man would consider losing part of his manhood. However, Guy Ritchie is said to have agreed to say sayonara to his foreskin to please his then-wife Madonna. It has been claimed that the Lock Stock director, who attended the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge last Friday, was circumcised to adhere to the singer’s Kabbalah beliefs. Karen Berg, a spiritual adviser to Madonna, is reported to have said that Ritchie underwent the surgeon’s knife to please his then-wife, according to New York magazine. The mother-of-two who co-founded the modern Kabbalah Centre in LA is reported to have said that Madonna, “keeps a kosher home, she observes Shabbat, she circumcised her son and had her [ex-] husband circumcised”.

Madonna, who was raised Roman Catholic, is said to have heard about Kabbalah for the first time at a dinner party in Los Angeles while pregnant with her daughter Lourdes. In an article published in Israeli’s biggest daily newspaper, Yediot Ahronot in 2009, the star described being introduced to Kabbalah at a time when, “something was missing in my life”.

Doesn’t Ri Ri know about VPL?

Rihanna raised eyebrows at the Met Gala with her extremely risqué lace dress, and last Tuesday she was at it again, leaving little to the imagination. She stepped out in a pair of tight trousers that resulted in her showing a VPL (visible panty line). The 23-year-old singer teamed the cream trousers with a slinky blouse and her flame-coloured hair extensions. Rihanna was spotted out in New York for a lunch meeting at the popular Phillippe Chow restaurant on Madison Avenue. The S&M singer spent another day in the Big Apple helping to promote her second fragrance, Reb’L Fleur. The previous evening, she had joined a host of big names to celebrate the life and career of Alexander McQueen at the annual Met Gala. With her trademark red hair fastened up in a French plait, Rihanna drew gasps when she arrived in a jaw-dropping lace evening gown with a revealing surprise down one side.
