Will Smith and wife Jada’s idyllic Malibu mansion

Hollywood stars Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith have opened the doors to their stunning Malibu home, offering a glimpse into their opulent lifestyle. The couple gave a tour of their crib in a glossy feature for September’s Architectural Digest magazine.

Will, 42, gushes to Architectural Digest magazine that the layout of the 25,000 sq ft house has been designed with no “dead ends… to create an infinite cycle that represented what Jada and I hoped for our love”.

The Smith home, designed by architect Stephen Samuelson, includes a plethora of hand-crafted elements, ensuring an intimate and bespoke feel. And Samuelson reveals the sprawling pad takes inspiration from various cultures, from Persian, Moroccan and Spanish to South-west America.

The spiritual quality the pair wanted to create is cemented with a meditation room for Jada. Hawthorne star Jada told the magazine: “For Will and me this home was always a spiritual endeavour. We’re very earthy, organic people. We wanted to create a family retreat, something made by hand and as natural as possible, something that ties back to the land.” The 39-year-old added: “Whatever it becomes, the craftsmanship will always represent our union and the love of our family.” Will and Jada have several abodes spotted across the globe, including homes in Miami Beach, Stockholm and Philadelphia.

PENNILESS AND PAST THEIR PRIME

Their staged paparazzi pictures, ridiculous red carpet appearances and increasingly bizarre storylines on reality show The Hills gained them plenty of headlines in recent years.

But Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt now admit that their “famous for being famous” career could never last. The couple are now broke and living at Pratt’s parents’ house. In an interview with the Daily Beast, they admit their break-up, divorce petition and eventual reconciliation were all staged in a last-ditch effort to hold on to their fame.

“At that point, we were pulling our last cards,” Pratt, 27, tells the website. “We felt the hot-air balloon losing its gas. And at that stage, our income would be selling the photo that would go along with the divorce.” Pratt earned thousands at one point for creating staged photoshoots with paparazzi, but as interest in them and their bizarre antics dwindled they began to run out of funds fast.

Montag, who turns 25 next month, estimates she spent US$2 million on her ill-fated pop career, while her husband has a US$1-million wardrobe. Pratt claims that he once bought an expensive truck that he was filmed driving in one episode of The Hills that he never used again.

The couple, who once dined at the most exclusive Hollywood restaurants and partied at the hottest clubs, now spend their days holed up in Santa Barbara watching movies and eating Mexican food. And Heidi says she regrets her infamous saga of 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day

Montag found fame in 2006 as the sidekick of star Lauren Conrad on the MTV reality series. Pratt joined the show in season two as Heidi’s love interest, driving a wedge between Heidi and Lauren’s friendship.

Beyoncé and Kelly Party!

Her videos are renowned for being among the most sexiest out there.

And it looks like Beyoncé’s latest offering Party is no different, judging by pictures of the 29-year-old singer wearing bunny ears on the video set in New Jersey.

Beyoncé, who teamed the ears with a black leotard and a yellow fur jacket, was joined by her former Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland as she shot the video. But, clearly determined not to be upstaged by Beyoncé, Kelly also showed off her figure in a pair of tiny sparkly pink shorts and matching jacket.

Party is set to be the third single taken from Beyoncé’s most recent album 4. And the video looks set to be a star-studded affair as Kanye West, Outkast star Andre 3000 and Beyoncé’s younger sister Solange Knowles were also seen on set at the video shoot, on a trailer park in New Jersey.

Beyoncé and Kelly have been joining forces in recent months, and have been spotted together at various events including Beyoncé’s album launch in London and at an album playback for Jay-Z and Kanye’s upcoming record Watch The Throne. And the week before, Beyoncé had also turned out to support Kelly at the launch of her new album Here I Am.
