Respect rights of GG and others Adventists
Dear Editor,
I read brother Karl Archer’s letter concerning the Governor General’s absence at Jamaica’s Independence celebrations, but his letter appears to be an excerpt of another disingenuous Adventist sermon.
Since brother Patrick Allen is Seventh-day Adventist, he has a God-given right to be absent from any celebration that is done on the Sabbath.
The Seventh-day Adventist church is the largest denomination in Jamaica, and appropriate respect should be given in terms of rights to all Seventh-day Adventists there.
