Gas prices increase $1.05 per litre
After last week’s notable drop, gas prices are again on the rise. Petrojam increased the ex-refinery price for octane 87 and 90 by $1.05 per litre and diesel fuel by 49 cents per litre. The prices became effective yesterday. Petrojam now sells octane 87 gasoline at $98 per litre, octane 90 at $99. 72 per litre, and diesel at $102.85 per litre.
Last week the price for both grades of gas dropped $4.10 per litre while diesel price fell by $3.20 per litre.
