AFTER being held goalless in a Zone B game for the first time in more than two seasons and losing their perfect win record, two-time defending champion Rusea’s High will seek to rebound when they face Herbert Morrison Technical in Montego Bay in a return round ISSA/Gatorade/Digicel daCosta Cup game, set to start at 3:30pm.

Frome Technical, who leads the Zone with 15 points, two more than Rusea’s will be away to Cambridge and will be mindful of Rusea’s slip up there a week ago.

Meanwhile, after a slight scare on Saturday when they scraped out a 2-1 win over Maggotty High, who missed two second-half penalty kicks, St Elizabeth Technical (STETHS) and Spalding High will seek to extend their perfect win records to seven games each.

STETHS is away to Balaclava in Zone E, while Spalding hosts second placed Holmwood Technical in a Zone G game.

Meanwhile, Merlene Ottey High became the fourth school to withdraw and first since the start of the competition when the Hanover school’s administration indicated to ISSA on Friday they would not be taking any further part.

It was learnt that the school cited indiscipline on the part of the players for the decision and a ruling is to be made whether the games they have played so far are to be ruled null and void.
