JAA overhauls website
JAMAICA Automobile Association (JAA) — auto club and emergency roadside assistance provider — recently launched its re-designed website.
The new site aims to enhance the customer experience of its more than 30,000 members.
With an updated online shopping cart, www.calljaa.com, serves as a ‘hub’ which will connect users to the services and products the association offers. The new site was activated two weeks ago.
Duane Ellis, general manager of the JAA, said: “At the centre of the new website is its e-commerce capabilities which seeks to meet the needs of our members who want immediate access to our products and services.”
He also said it would be easier for members to renew their membership, purchase products and services.
An important feature of the new site is a database of the petrol prices for services stations across the island which will be updated on a weekly basis.
Ellis said: “We are aware of the concerns of many motorists about the cost of petrol and we have added this feature to make it easier for them to choose between providers near their location.”
