Bounty for ‘Pepperseed’ this evening

DANCEHALL elite Bounty Killer is to be the first live performance at Puls8’s ‘Pepperseed’ on Trafalgar Road, St Andrew, this evening at 8 pm.

Named after the popular 90s dancehall ‘riddim’, Pepperseed is the latest in a series of weekly events being hosted at the newly rebranded Puls8.

“We wanted someone to help us bring the best of the 90s to Pepperseed and who better to do that than [Bounty] Killer, who really is the king of the 90s,” said Safia Cooper, Pulse’s director of sales and marketing .

Along with the ‘Five Star General’, Fame FM’s Captain Colin Hines will be on hand spinning the best music of the era through the night.

With the Wednesday lyme growing in popularity, Cooper said she wanted to give patrons more.

“Pepperseed has been growing in success and we felt it was time to up the ante with a live performer,” said Cooper.
