JAMAICAN seven-footer Jerome Jordan scored 12 points to help Reno Bighorns clip Austin Toros 98-97 in the NBA D-League Friday night at Cedar Park Center in Texas.

One of six players finishing in double figures for the Redhorns, Jordan played for 29 minutes 21 seconds as the Nevada-based team registered its third win from nine games in the West Division to remain in fourth place with six points.

Josh Selby (23 points) and Marcus Landry (23 points) led the way for the Bighorns, who are affiliated to NBA teams Memphis Grizzlies, Sacramento Kings, and Utah Jazz.

With 10.1 seconds remaining in the match Toros big man Tyler Wilkerson put Austin ahead, but with five seconds to go Selby was fouled and he hit both free throws for the win.

Twenty-six-year-old Jordan was five from nine in the field and two from two at the free throw line in his second match for Reno this season.

On Thursday, he played for 13 minutes and four seconds when Rio Grande Valley Vipers defeated his team Reno Bighorns 104-96 at State Farm Arena in Hidalgo, Texas.

He scored only three points in the match, playing for the Bighorns for the first time and making a return for the second season in the NBA

D-League.

One hundred and nine current NBA players have NBA D-League experience.

The Bighorns will next play on January 4 against Central Division team Sioux Falls Skyforce at the Reno Events Center.

Bakersfield Jam lead the West Division with 16 points, ahead of Santa Cruz Warriors (10 points), Los Angeles D-Fenders (eight points), Bighorns (six points) and Idaho Stampede (two points).
