Beau Se Jour (Beautiful Day)

What to do, post-wedding, with some 300 family members, friends and visitors to Jamaica? Parents of the bride, Michael and Marcia Erskine’s solution of bussing them to their country cottage, Beau Se Jour, tucked away in Petersfield, Westmoreland, found favour with all. The magical late-afternoon brunch, courtesy of Joaney’s Catering Service, gave all an introduction to one of the best local culinary experiences Thursday Food has ever experienced. Yes, the food, ambience and experience were second to none. It certainly was a beautiful day!
