“I censor myself…lately, more”: Mila Kunis

People Post

Her star might be on the rise thanks to her stand-out film performances over the last few years. But Mila Kunis is quickly becoming just as well known for her relationship with Ashton Kutcher as she is for her acting talents. In a new interview, the actress has admitted that the increased interest in her personal life has led to her censoring herself, as she poses in a sultry new shoot.

“But I’ve always said that it is much easier to be honest than to be caught up in a bunch of lies. At least this way, you know who you are,” she adds. The Black Swan star, who is currently promoting new fantasy film Oz The Great And Powerful, poses in a plunging cerise gown for the shoot.

She might be only 29 years old, but the star claims that she’s more of a homebody and would prefer to do only one film a year rather than three. “I don’t think I can do this three-movies-a-year thing,” she says. “It’s too much. There comes a point in your life where you want to be… home.” Just as her acting career is about to go stratospheric, it seems that Mila is looking for more ways to enjoy work from the comfort of her own home. “I want to explore other parts of this industry to see what aspects of it I can get myself into, so that I can… work out of home maybe,” she tells the magazine.

“Like producing. Then I can have, like, a life, in one location,” she adds. In a recent Playboy interview, Mila admitted that she wanted a family and certainly wouldn’t be acting for the rest of her life. “The truth is, I don’t think I can do this for the rest of my life,” said the actress.

George Clooney is awarded accolade for his peace activist efforts

After his big win on Sunday night at the Oscars, where he collected an Oscar for Best Picture as one of the producer’s of Argo, George Clooney celebrated with Ben Affleck. But it wasn’t long before the 51-year-old jetted off to Germany for another kind of celebration on Tuesday. The Ides Of March director was honoured with a German Media Award for his political commitment and humanitarian endeavours.

According to Deutschland, the German Media Prize (Deutscher Medienpreis) was awarded to the actor and director by Media Control, a marketing and research company in Baden Baden, Germany. Over the years Clooney has made a name for himself as what he termed “a politically awake human being.” The prize is an acknowledgement of his commitment. Previous recipients of the award have included: Bill Clinton, Nelson Mandela and the Dalai Lama.

Back to work!

She’s been concentrating on mummy duties since giving birth to Blue Ivy. But Beyoncé is readying getting fully back into work following the announcement of her sell-out UK tour, which sold out in just 10 minutes last week. And it seems the songstress is getting in the mood for some hard grafting… by posing in a hard hat.

It comes as it’s been revealed she offered to perform at a local UK carnival this summer… for an astonishing £50,000. The Crazy In Love hitmaker was approached by the organisers of the Maldon Carnival Association asking her if she could take part in the annual celebration in Essex. She agreed to perform… but after one of her aides demanded a £50,000 appearance fee, they quickly backed off. According to the Telegraph, the unnamed aide wrote: “There is a possibility Beyoncé will be available and hopefully can attend your ‘carnival event on August 3. As you may know Beyoncé will be on a tour in the UK at the beginning of the year in which she will be appearing at a number of concerts.”

They then decided the committee couldn’t afford the appearance fee. Beyoncé will be performing at V Festival this summer, along with numerous dates across the country as part of her sell-out tour. And it’s not the first bizarre place Beyoncé has posed for an impromptu quirky photo shoot recently. The Grammy-winning singer turned her bathroom into a photo shoot location and posted the result on her Tumblr page a few days earlier. She is seen posing in her expensively tiled shower, wearing a casual outfit and virtually no make-up.
