PNP wins Turks & Caicos by-election
PROVIDEINCIALES, Turks and Caicos Island — The ruling Progressive National Party (PNP) won Friday’s crucial by-election, allowing it to hang on to power with a one-seat majority.

Both parties had seven seats each entering the by-election in Cheshire Hall and Richmond Hill, which was voided in February.
