LIME gets advanced Cisco certification
TELECOMMUNICATION firm LIME announced yesterday that it has achieved advanced certification from Cisco, a leader in the design and manufacture of networking equipment, for the use of the multinational’s technological solutions.
Cisco awarded LIME its Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialisation (ACAS) status, with the accomplishment expanding the Caribbean telecom’s sales, technical and service capabilities for integrated collaboration solutions.
“Congratulations are in order for the team that met all criteria to achieve this status. Special mention must be made of sales experts Newton Baker and Vennis Williamson, pre-sales architects Stacey-Ann Burke and Omar Thompson, and field engineers Shenon Smith and Robert Campbell,” said Andrew Mullings, head of pre-sales support at LIME.
As a Cisco partner, LIME is qualified to build solutions based on the Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications portfolios. Against this background, the company offers services in video and Web-conferencing and other Cisco technologies.
For the certificate, LIME fulfilled the role-based training requirements and programme prerequisites to sell, design, and deploy Cisco Collaboration Architecture solutions. In recognition of this achievement, LIME will be recognised as having achieved this specialisation in the Cisco Partner Locator.
