Saturday Social – Georgian Society Of Jamaica
The Georgian Society Of Jamaica – Kingston Chapter Brunch in aid of Restoration Projects was held last week Sunday at the well-appointed home of committee member Rosie McIver. The intermittent rain failed to disrupt the well-organised event that included a brunch catered by Jeanette Hutchinson of Cuisine Art and the musical styling of Keith Lyn. The members who are all committed to celebrating the beauty of Jamaica’s heritage through the preservation, restoration and maintenance of monuments and artifacts from the island’s Georgian period, turned up in style for the affair. We share highlights from the well-attended gathering of devotees.
