Esquire names Scarlett Johansson sexiest woman alive
Seven years after being named Esquire magazine’s sexiest woman alive, Scarlett Johansson has earned the title for a second time.
Johansson, who also won in 2006, is the first woman to get the honour twice.
The acclaimed actress, whose films include Girl With A Pearl Earring and The Avengers, celebrated the accolade with a cover shoot for the popular glossy monthly.
Last year’s winner was Black Swan actress Mila Kunis.
Johansson jokingly tells the magazine she’s ‘gotta hustle’ and ‘pretty soon the roles you’re offered all become mothers. Then they just sort of stop.’
But she wasn’t always fawned over by casting agents. In a recent feature with Interview magazine she revealed that her voice originally lost her roles.

Naomi Campbell talks about her emotional return to the Versace catwalk
“I want people to really understand what the world of modelling is about, and how hard we work,” says Naomi Campbell. It looks like all the hard work paid off: the supermodel, 43, looks better than ever in a shoot for The Edit net-a-porter’s online magazine.
In the accompanying interview, she reveals the gruelling regime she undertook to prepare for a Versace show 14 years ago. “For ten days prior… I just drank juice – carrot, ginger, pineapple – to cleanse,” she told the magazine.
Campbell returned to the fashion house, walking for Versace’s Atelier AW13 Couture show. The show was also a personal moment, reuniting her with the Versace family, “It was emotional for me to do the show after 14 years,” she says. ‘When I did my fitting in those amazing clothes, it was just overwhelming.”
But even supermodels feel insecure sometimes and Naomi admitted that when she walked onto the catwalk and the room was silent, she thought; ‘Oh my God, they don’t want me here!’ In fact, her show-stopping entrance left the audience mute with admiration, instantly eclipsing models 25 years her junior.

Disco divas!
Who said disco is dead?
The posters for David O. Russell’s upcoming drama American Hustle made their debut online…and they are fabulous.
Featuring Christian Bale, Jennifer Lawrence, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper and Jeremy Renner, the star-studded cast is decked out in full ’70s attire, with the women looking nightclub ready in plunging gowns and the men adorned in suits with large lapels.
Set in the disco era, American Hustle is the story of con man Irving Rosenfeld (Bale), who finds himself in cahoots with the FBI when he is forced to rub elbows with the shady folks of the New Jersey crime syndicate as part of the bureau’s public corruption investigation.
