Jazz & Blues night 2: Toni Braxton mingled, teased and tantalised
TRELAWNY, Jamaica — R&B songstress Toni Braxton was in an interactive mood as she mingled with her audience throughout her set on night 2 of the Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival.
She invited members of the audience on stage to sing, dance and ventured into the crowd at the Trelawny Multi-Purpose Stadium.
Braxton teased and tantalised her audience with music spanning her 20-year career. And the audience screamed, clapped and sung along with her on most of the songs.
Favourites included ‘Breathe Again’,’How Could an Angel Break My Heart’, ‘Unbreak My Heart’, ‘Making Me High’, and ‘Another Sad Love Song’.
The American pop star seemed to enjoy her performance immensely as she interacted with and entertained her faithful fans, eventually closing her set and Jazz and Blues night 2 with ‘Unbreak by Heart’.
This is not Braxton’s first time performing in Jamaica; she appeared on Reggae Sumfest five years ago.
‘Jazz’ enters the final night on Saturday.
