The Dominican Republic’s Ambassador to Jamaica, Dr José Tomás Ares Germán and his wife, Sheila Ares, celebrated the 170th anniversary of their country’s independence with a fab cocktail reception in the Montego Suite of the Jamaica Pegasus hotel on Thursday evening.
