Noah creating waves
UNITED Kingdom-based reggae singer Noah (Fada Noah) is promoting his latest single Reggae Inna Jeggae. The song was produced by More Music Productions.
“Reggae Inna Jeggae is about feeling good. The moment you listen to my music, you start nodding your head and that’s a good thing,” said Noah.
He describes his style as mainstream reggae.
“My sound has strong crossover appeal, jumping on beats from pop or rap to anything you can name like a car weaving through the lanes of a fast moving highway,” he explained.
Hailing from St Catherine, Noah started singing in the church before following his musical aspirations.
“My comfort zone is being on stage in front of people. I like to experience rocking the audience, communicating with them and being in control. I am a very dominant performer,” he said.
A former finalist in the 1997 Tastee Talent competition, Noah relocated to London seeking his big break. He has since performed on major shows and festivals in the UK, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Denmark and Italy.
Since he has been to Jamaica, Noah has been doing work with the Big Ship label and Sweat Boxx Records. He is also working on an album and has also collaborated with dancehall deejay Bramma.
