Mom used adult toys to perform sexual acts on me, girl claims
PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) A 41-year-old man and his wife are due to return to court on May 5, charged with sexually assaulting their teenage girl over a four-year period.
Leroy Pascall and his wife, Annmarie, 43, were released on $100,000 and $125,000 bail, respectively, when they appeared before Senior Magistrate Gillian Scotland in a Chaguanas court, in Central Trinidad on Monday.
The two are jointly charged with having sexual intercourse with the girl during the period January 1, 2010 and February 28, 2014. In addition, the wife faces a charge that she committed an act of grievous sexual assault against the teen last Christmas Eve.
The teenager has alleged she was raped by the couple, and that the woman used adult toys to perform sexual acts on her.
As conditions to the bail bonds, the parents have been instructed not to communicate with their daughter and to stay at least 100 metres away from her.
