Get your cheque books out, ladies and gentlemen, everyone’s favourite French-Canadian is having a door buster sale.

Celine Dion has just dropped the price on her sprawling Florida estate by $10 million. Sure the home — located on the exclusive Jupiter Island — is still $62.5 million, but for that you get your own custom-built waterpark, 13 bedrooms and get to call in at Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods or Kid Rock’s house for a cup of sugar.

Originally listed at $72.5 million in September, the star reportedly believes the discount will ensure a quick sale, as the home has already attracted buyers from across the world. The jaw-dropping property, according to its listing by Joseph Montanaro of Sotheby’s, is set on five and a half acres on the waterfront and features a 10,000-square -foot main residences as well as five individual ‘pavilions’, a beach house, a pool house and a four-bedroom guesthouse. That aside, the property also has its own staff quarters, tennis court, a simulated golf course and, of course, the waterpark.

With your very own waterpark and a mansion to rival most, it seems unbelievable that the 46-year-old would want to give up the property but reportedly, she is selling as the star spends less than a month at the home. This is because she is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she has a residency at Caesor’s Palace til 2019.

Celine and her husband Rene Angelil had the home built in 2010 just before the arrival of their twins, Nelson and Eddie.

Snipes is back in fighting form

He was released from prison just one year ago after serving nearly 36 months behind bars for tax evasion.

And Wesley Snipes is clearly enjoying life on the outside as he was spotted on Wednesday taking a leisurely walk in West Hollywood. The 51-year-old, who just completed his first post-prison movie The Expendables 3, is certainly keeping fit as his bulging muscles showed through a blue button-down shirt. Walking with the confidence of the martial arts master that he is, Snipes took his time ambling through a sun-filled parking lot.

Treading lightly in a pair of blue laceless Converse All Stars, the Passenger 57 star sported baggy cargo trousers while carrying a small black case in his left hand.

Completing his getup was a pair of meditation beads on his left wrist as he chewed a toothpick while staying cool behind a set of aviator shades. Meanwhile, Snipes has just wrapped his first film in years with the highly popular Expendables franchise, starring Sylvester Stallone.
