GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands (CMC) — Barbados slumped to their second straight loss while Trinidad and Tobago were held to a frustrating draw on the third day of the CONCACAF Girls’ Under-15 Championship here Friday.
Playing at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex in Group B, Barbados went down 3-0 to Honduras, to follow up their 4-0 drubbing at the hand of Trinidad on Wednesday’s opening day.
Annelise Canahuati put her side ahead in the 25th minute as Honduras posted a 1-0 half-time advantage. Sharon Moreira added the second in the 60th minute before Lisberth Cruz netted a third eight minutes later to complete an easy day at the office for the Hondurans.
