It was a fairy-tale ending for Alliance Investment Management exec Ro-yen Chin. With approving nods coming from the pews at the sight of her stunning Lazaro Perez-designed mermaid wedding gown, the bride walked up the aisle of the Dawn Leyow-styled Webster Memorial United Church on the arm of her father Robert Chin to wed Phase 3 Productions CEO groom Delano Forbes, Jr .
