‘Crumps’ Of Festive Fare
Thursday Life’s second stop, the Crump residence…
The affable Davon Crump, who is well-known in Western Jamaica as an industry player, can now add consummate host to his list of accomplishments — this after hosting a traditional Yuletide dinner at his elegant home in Unity Hall, Montego Bay, for immediate family and close friends.
Crump, president and CEO of Global Outsourcing Solutions and immediate past president of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, welcomed guests for pre-dinner cocktails followed by a three-course meal with offerings of a chef salad, regular mac ‘n’ cheese and a mouth-watering lobster mac ‘n’ cheese — a Round Hill Hotel specialty — succulent CPJ ham, roasted Best Dressed Chicken; roast beef, sumptuous oxtail and beans, gungo rice and peas, Christmas cake, home-made sorrel and a selection of wines courtesy of Chas E Ramson.
The lively company, inviting décor, attentive wait staff and seamless service made for a most memorable occasion.
The guests, including Gloria Henry, VP Operations, Montego Bay Freezone; Lloyd B Smith, Member of Parliament and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives; and Roger Hamilton and Tejaun Tenfah of Global Outsourcing Solutions management team all lauded the home-cooked flavour of Crump’s delicious Christmas spread.
