NWA starts road repairs in Corporate Area
SEVERAL roads in Kingston and St Andrew are now being spray patched by the National Works Agency (NWA).
Spray patching began on Monday and is scheduled to be completed by the end of January.
Ten roadways in Kingston, totalling 4,750 square metres, have been selected to be patched during this phase of the programme. Among them are: Langard Avenue/Delacree Avenue, White Hall Avenue, Kings Crescent in Richmond Park, Ripon Road, Windward Road, Hope Road and Woodglen Drive.
In St Andrew, where Just under 4,800 square metres are to be patched, work has commenced along three kilometres of the 18-kilometre long corridor between Papine and Bull Bay.
Patching is being undertaken by the NWA, which advised motorists to expect minor delays along roadways where work is taking place and that they should obey the instructions of flag persons as well as posted warning signs.
