Three new associates at MF&G
THREE new associates have joined law firm Myers, Fletcher and Gordon (MF&G) — Robert Collie, Rachel McLarty, and Keron Morris, the firm has announced.
Collie previously joined MF&G in 2006 and has returned after three years at the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA), where he was the director of legal and enforcement. He is a Jamaica scholar and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies (UWI) and a certificate in legal education from the Norman Manley Law School. He is also a Justice of the Peace.
McLarty’s previous work experience includes senior roles at both the Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) and Appliance Traders Limited (ATL). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Sociology from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, USA.
In law she holds a Bachelor of Laws from City University, London, England and a legal education certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.
Morris has a career that spans the private and public sectors, including roles in the Government’s Cabinet Office and international development organisations such as the United Nations Development Programme. He holds a BA degree in media and communication and zoology from the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication (CARIMAC) at UWI and an MA in communication for social and behaviour change, also from CARIMAC.
In law, Morris holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from UWI and a legal education certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.
