Senior Director in the Children’s Affairs Division of the Ministry of Youth and Culture, Grace-Ann McFarlane (right), presents a prize and certificate to winner in the 9 – 13 age category, Annalise Virtue (left) of Glenmuir High School, for the Child Development Agency’s (CDA) 10th Anniversary Poster Competition, at the awards ceremony, held on February 5 at the Jamaica Library Service on Tom Redcam Drive, in Kingston. Tyrese Graham of Race Course Primary in Clarendon earned second place, and Ray Thompson of Sydney Pagon High School in St Elizabeth was third in the category. The competition was for children between the ages of 6 and 17, in three age categories, 6 to 8 years; 9 to 13 and 14 to 17. (PHOTO:JIS)
