3 lottery scammers sentenced in St Elizabeth
ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica – A convicted female lottery scammer is among three people yesterday sentenced in the St Elizabeth Circuit Court for to knowingly possessing identity information.
They are:

[naviga:li]Kerica Whyte, a 28-year-old shopkeeper of Northampton district, in the parish who was sentenced to four years hard labour, suspended for three years, after pleading guilty on Monday, June 22.[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]Twenty-six-year-old Ishmael Mullings, a farmer of Elderlie district, St Elizabeth who pleaded guilty to the charges on Wednesday, June 24 was sentenced to 12 months hard labour and four years hard labour, suspended for three years, or to pay a fine of J$200, 000. [/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]Twenty-four-year-old Romaine Bailey, a labourer of Brompton, Fyffes Pen in the parish who was given the option of paying a fine of J$200, 000 or serve 12 months hard labour and 4 years hard labour, suspended for three years, when he pleaded guilty to the charges on Tuesday.[/naviga:li]
