BRANDED – Krystle Graham-Haynes

Brand Manager, Wisynco Foods Limited (Domino’s & Wendy’s)

Thursday Life (TL):How did you land this job?

Krystle Graham-Haynes: Prior to joining Wisynco Foods, I worked in the advertising and marketing field for over four years, managing several brands. However, I was looking forward to making the next step in my career. I wanted to share my knowledge, experience and be an asset towards the development of an innovative and dynamic brand. So when I saw the position being advertised, I quickly jumped at the opportunity and was absolutely delighted that I successfully landed the job.

TL: How long have you been in this job?

KGH: I have been working with Wisynco Foods for an exciting and action-packed five months.

TL: What’s great about your job?

KGH: The greatest thing about my job is seeing our customers happy (as clichéd as it may sound). At Domino’s, we truly take pride in the quality of our service and products. We are always trying to stay two steps ahead by looking at new ways of adding value to the Domino’s customer experience.

The next fulfilling thing is working with colleagues who love what they do. I truly admire their drive towards making the brand the best it can be. We are always creating ways to make improvements and make the product more attractive. We love Domino’s!

TL: What attracts consumers to your brand/brands?

KGH: I think consumers are attracted to the convenience of our online ordering, as it makes Domino’s even more accessible and easier to order. We are also affordable and we create amazing specials and promotions with our customers in mind. Consumers are also attracted to the quality and great taste of our pizzas.

TL: Where can consumers find out more about your brand?

KGH: Consumers can find out more about our brand by visiting our online ordering website dominos.com.jm. Here consumers can order their favourite pizzas online for delivery or carry out; they can also get really creative with the over three million ways of building the pizza.

TL: Tell us something we might not know about your brand.

KGH: You may not know that we have recently launched our new mozzarella cheese-stuffed crust. Customers can indulge by upgrading their medium or large pizza to a stuffed crust for only an additional $150.

To increase our customers’ trial of this new crust we have provided an online-only promotion called “Stuffed Crust $1,150”. The promotion allows our customers to redeem a medium, one- topping, stuffed-crust pizza for only $1,150.

We also will be replacing the popular “Gran Deal” with an equally amazing special called “Large Up $1,250”, which allows customers to buy a large one topping pizza for only $1,250. This is a huge saving on our large pizzas. We have a lot more deals and specials coming soon that our customers should anticipate.

TL: Do you have any additional news you wish to share with your customers?

KGH: We know that our customers loved the Domino’s 50%-off online promotion we had in May. We just want to let customers know that they should stay tuned because that promotion is coming back in the near future.
