Heading DOWN…
We made a few stops on our way to Papine. The first was at One Love, where we raised a toast with co-owner Hoover Harris and another to farmer Alvin Mais, who lost his entire crop of vegetables but, thankfully, still has a roof over his head. Like Mais, we look forward to rain, which will allow this enterprising farmer to pick up the pieces.
