Keznamdi makes EDM debut
ROOTS-REGGAE singer Keznamdi has teamed with Grammy-nominated EDM artiste/producer Zhu for his latest song, Crazy as it Is.
The single is scheduled for release Friday on iTunes.
“It was an honour to work with Zhu and Sony/Columbia Records on this track. The synergy and chemistry working with a musical genius like Zhu felt natural. I am all about fusing reggae with other genres and I am looking forward to this track doing big things and opening more doors for myself and reggae,” said Keznamdi.
Crazy as it Is is the second single from Zhu’s Generation Series album. The first, Automatic, which features British EDM duo AlunaGeorge was released last week.
Keznamdi said he met Zhu early this year after performing on Chronixx’s Dread and Terrible West Coast Tour in Los Angeles.
Signed to Sony/Columbia Records, Zhu rose to international prominence last year with his Grammy-nominated hit single Faded.
