Here’s To Happy Shopping!
Not wanting to miss out on tempting discounts offered by retailers at the Jamaica Observer Takes Style Out (TSO) islandwide event, hordes of shoppers flocked to boutiques and department stores last Thursday to indulge in the much-hyped, five-hour annual sale experience. Stores within the South Avenue belt, and shopping plazas lining Constant Spring Road had visibly steady to brisk customer traffic, with retailers who opted to up the discount mark above 50 per cent ringing up significantly better business at their cash registers.
