Burger King Super Day workouts

THE clock is ticking, with only three days left for the 37th running of the Burger King Superstakes.

On Saturday when the bell tolls, all the questions will be answered, but in the lead-up there is always the speculation, the doubt and the anxiety.

On the day, apart from the Superstakes (10 furlongs), there are three other big races to be contested – the Glen Mills Sprint (six furlongs), the Coca-Cola Invitational Mile, and for the youngsters, the Coca-Cola Juvenile Sprint (6 1/2 furlongs).

The Complete Racing Guide, as part of its coverage of the Burger King Super Day, provides readers with the preparation of the horses for the three main races. The workouts are listed below.
