TOBA honours 10
The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders’ Association (TOBA) honoured 10 individuals for their contribution to horse racing and the breeding industry at an inaugural awards dinner on held last Friday night at the Jade Garden Restaurant in St Andrew.
