Cops nab another suspect in drugs-for-guns trade
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Police say they have apprehended another Jamaican in Haiti, who they believe was a major player in the drugs-for -guns trade between the two countries.
A member of the Police High Command said the man was held close to Port-au-Prince where Jamaica faced Haiti in a World Cup Qualifying competition recently.
The name of the suspect has not been released.
His arrest comes less than a month after another Jamaican suspect was shot dead during an operation in Haiti.
