Scorpions set for practice on Saturday
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica Scorpions on Saturday are set to have their first official training session since returning to the island from their trip to Trinidad & Tobago where they defeated the hosts Red Force.
The session, to be held in the batting nets at Sabina Park, is set to start at 1:00 pm.
The Scorpions’ next game in the WICB Professional Cricket League is slated to be against Leeward Islands Hurricanes at Sabina Park, starting December 4.
Jamaica Scorpions are second in the six-team standings with 34 points, behind undefeated Guyana Jaguars (53 points). They are followed by Barbados Pride and the Red Force, who both have 28 points, Windward Islands Volcanoes (21 points) and the Hurricanes (seven points).
