Ja needs a day of thanksgiving
Dear Editor,
It was Thanksgiving Day in the US on November 26, 2015.
Isn’t it wonderful that a nation takes a special day to give thanks to the God of mercy and pardon, the God of peace and love, the God of truth and justice and supernatural power?
We extend our right hand of fellowship to the people of the US and join in one accord in giving thanks with them. We pray for them and wish them all the best.
When last have we, as a nation, paused for a day of thanksgiving? Maybe some of us have done so in our churches or in our small corners, but not on a national basis.
Let us focus our attention for a day of thanksgiving, as soon as possible.
May God bless the people of the US and may they do the things that are pleasing in His sight.
