PHOTOS: 3-vehicle crash on Marcus Garvey Drive
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Marcus Garvey Drive in Kingston, in the vicinity of Garmex HEART Academy, was today the scene of a three-vehicle collision involving a Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) bus, a truck and a motor car.
The incident occurred about 1:10 pm and OBSERVER ONLINE has learnt that there were no major injuries as a result of the crash.
According to eyewitnesses, the JUTC bus – which had passengers on board – stopped and the driver of a Nissan motor car attempted to go around it. However, the driver collided with a the truck that was travelling in the same direction.
The driver of the Nissan motor car reportedly received minor injuries, but no one else was hurt in the three-vehicle collision.
