For the past four years, Express Fitness has emerged as the leader in total body fitness. Due to overwhelming response from its customers, the company decided to expand two of its locations.

They are the Manor Centre location at 195 Constant Spring Road, Manor Park and the location inside the New Kingston Business Centre at Shops #4 & #5, Dominica Driver, New Kingston.

‘We saw where our members have been asking for larger facilities and more workout classes so given that 2016 is a brand new year this our gift to our members to help them reach their fitness goals’, commented Marketing Manager Alex Morrison.

‘Manor Center is a completely brand new shop we have taken over the upstairs section of the plaza. The location will be twice the size of our original location which was inside the same plaza. New Kingston is an expansion of the current shop and we have added a dedicated spin room and a huge aerobics room. We are looking to offer more workout classes to keep up with the latest fitness trends around the world. We will be adding several pieces of new workout equipment to both locations that will all allow our members to have even better workouts’, Ansel Clarke, Managing Director shared.

The grand opening for both the Manor Centre and New Kingston locations will take place on Saturday January 16. Manor Centre will run from 12 noon to 4 PM while New Kingston’s launch will run from 1 PM to 5 PM.

Between both locations a total of $2 million in free gym membership will be given away. Persons simply need to come out and sign up on that day to benefit from this deal. There will also be workout classes, prizes, surprises and giveaways. Each launch is powered by Gatorade.
