Nastic shows love for Rasta
Not much has been heard from singer Nastic Rastafari since he competed in the Digicel Rising Stars competition 11 years ago. Currently managed by Ajay Loaknauth and Marlon Wright, he is promoting his new song Dem Nuh Love Rasta.
The single is co-produced by Cyberleaf Entertainment/Ackee and Dumpling Music LLC.
Nastic Rastafari is confident of good things with his new management team which also includes childhood friend and producer Fitzroy Hamilton.
“I’ve known Jay and Marlon for a while now Fitzroy is like family to me. They’ve all been very supportive of my career over the years and I am very happy they are now working with me in an official capacity. I am confident that I will be able to move my career forward with their professional support,” he said.
Loaknauth has worked with several artistes, including Stein and Khalilah Rose. Wright operates the online radio station Tun It Up Radio.Com and a multimedia company called Cyberleaf Entertainment.
Loaknauth has big plans for Nastic Rastafari.
“I’m 100 per cent sure that Nastic has the talent and drive to become a major force in reggae music on a global scale. He’s very talented, he’s humble, and he’s dedicated. We are going to do all we can to put him out there on the international music scene,” he said.
