Can a dual SIM Android phone receive calls to both SIMs?

Yes, most new dual SIM Android devices from manufacturers such as Samsung, Motorola, Alcatel and LG have perfected the simultaneous call feature, removing the need to manually switching between SIMs. Just like any single SIM device, you will still receive the call although it was received from a different SIM, and also have the option of switching between calls.

Call waiting can also be enabled on your smartphone so that the call will be displayed on your phone screen, allowing you to hold one call and switch to another.

This, however, is dependent on the settings on your device and operator restrictions.
