STETHS 128-2 in rain-affected Headley Cup semi vs Tacky High
SANTA CRUZ, Jamaica — Defending champions St Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) reached 128-2 on a rain-interrupted first day of their ISSA/Grace Headley Cup cricket semi-final against Tacky High School at STETHS yesterday.
Jevoy Spence 60 not out (eight fours, 81 balls) and West Indies Under-19 batsman, Shahid Crooks, 13 not out, will resume for STETHS today. Opener Okeeno Farquharson made 39 (four fours, one six).
Seamers Shadene Clarke and Milton Mills took a wicket each for Tacky High.
Heavy rain tumbled down shortly after the lunch break at 12:30 pm rendering play impossible for the rest of the day.
