Happy Teacher’s Day to our Early Childhood Educators
Finding the right school for your child is a painstaking process most parents don’t mind doing because they know they are laying the foundation for the future as best they can. Teaching young children is a formal and informal job that takes place right throughout the day. From the moment they open their eyes they are absorbing their surroundings. Helping children learn to differentiate between colours, sounds and emotions is something parents are not all equipped to teach. This is where early childhood educators come in.
This Teacher’s Day we want to say a special thank you to early childhood educators who help to give our children a head start in life. Equally important, these specialists also help to bridge the gap between parent and child in the early stages of development. The time that children go through the most rapid phase of growth and development is important and these are their guardians. Not only are their minds growing but so are their bodies. It comes as no surprise that part of their education is physical activities, from games to song and dance everything is covered by the same teachers. Developing their cognitive skills, hand eye coordination and balance while making it a fun game is certainly no easy task.
Teacher’s Day is a special time for us all because at some point or another we interact with teachers. From as early as two years old teachers are a part of our lives. Today let’s say thank you to hard working care-givers, teachers and lecturers who help to form the society we live in.
