Today’s Horoscope – May 30, 2016

HAPPY BIRTHDAY for Monday, May 30, 2016:This year you feel more positive than you have in a while. You also attract people who are more assertive than usual. As a result, you often find yourself in a power play or a control game. Appreciate what these associates have to offer, but don’t get caught up in a battle of wills. If you are single, you will draw strong, charismatic people to you in the fall. Know what you want, and recognise that you can’t change anyone. If you are attached, you and your sweetie can expect some basic changes around your home life through September. You will find your life to be far more exciting than it has been as of late. ARIES knows how to put a smile on your face.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Your instincts might be to be discreet at the moment, and you will be right. In any case, you can’t stay subdued for long, as by mid-afternoon you could find yourself in an argumentative discussion with a partner or associate. Keep it friendly. Tonight: Nap, then decide.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Zero in on what you want. A partner might push you to make a decision about an issue or a situation that you both are concerned about. You will need to detach in order to gain a more complete perspective of what needs to happen next. Tonight: Play it low-key.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You are a firecracker, no matter what you touch or do. What you could accomplish with your directed energy might surprise even you. Remain positive about a key friend or loved one with whom you sometimes don’t see eye to eye with. Tonight: Appreciate your differences.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): Reach out for more information, and get feedback from an opinionated, yet intellectually diverse personality in your life. You might not know which way to go. Trust that you will know when you are on solid ground. Tonight: Be aware of others and their needs.

LEO (July 23-Aug 22): Allow others to take a chance or accept an offer that normally would go to you. Recognise that everyone deserves to be a star. A friend keeps coming to you for advice. You’ll demonstrate your caring by being supportive. Tonight: Back to square one with a difficult person.

VIRGO (Aug 23-Sept 22): To be as effective as you want to be, you will need to understand what is happening with those around you. That is not to say that you will have to be a wallflower, but lie low and ask key questions. Focus first on the group, then the individual. Tonight: Go with the moment.

LIBRA (Sept 23-Oct 22): Concentrate on what you must accomplish. You could be overwhelmed, until you start clearing out some of your to-dos. Be more forthright when interacting with a dear friend or loved one. Your bond is likely to improve as a result. Tonight: Say “Yes” to a great suggestion.

SCORPIO (Oct 23-Nov 21): Your intuition takes you down a new path. How you handle a personal matter could dramatically change as a result of your intuition teaming up with your creativity. Solutions seem to emerge from out of the blue. Do a better job of listening. Tonight: Know when to call it a day!

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22-Dec 21): You have a strong sense of direction and are willing to fight for whatever is important to you. You might be unusually testy without realising it. You will get your point across, but know that the other party could shut down. Tonight: Get physical, and change your mood.

CAPRICORN (Dec 22-Jan 19): You could feel unusually driven by a personal or domestic matter. Your best bet is to get this situation handled early in the day. You are able to communicate what you consider significant, and you’ll be able to clear the air very soon. Tonight: Make it an early night.

AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb18): You have a lot on your mind that you might not want to share at the moment. Don’t push yourself so hard, and allow your feelings to flow. Trust your instincts, and you will know what would be best to do. Schedule an important discussion for later today. Tonight: Share more.

PISCES (Feb 19-March 20): You’ll act and feel more empowered than you have in a while. You can carry whatever you want to completion. You likely will want to socialise the day away. Remember that there is someone to whom you might need to answer. Tonight: Catch up with a friend.
