Fit Farm Fitness Club

Fit Farm Fitness Club offers a complete health and fitness experience, catering to the overall wellness and lifestyle of their clients through nutrition guide, especially tailored classes, a fully equipped gym, a newly-built balcony to lime and workout, and a spacious outdoor field for intense and unique Boot Camp sessions. Their flagship programme, boot camp is further accentuated by Audrey Allwood and her team of fitness experts, who have successfully designed a results-driven, comprehensive physical fitness and mind conditioning programme that is devised for one purpose: to help people gain the look and feel they’ve always desired. All who desire personal fitness training in a group setting will find Fit farm’s boot camp a most exhilarating experience; this includes motivational sessions, strength training and team building activities in a fun-filled competitive environment with lots of games, obstacles and hardcore workout with invigorating trainers.

During the summertime, boot camp is transformed into a body transformation contest that now spans seven years and has seen over 150 clients that have loss weight and become fit and healthy with most sustaining their new lifestyle. Fit Farm SUMMER-BODY TRANSFORMATION Programme runs for 10 weeks to enhance strength, agility and muscle building with individuals who share the common goal of weight loss and general fitness.

The uniqueness of the programme is underscored by the lifestyle change that occurs after the designated tenure of the training. However their team of Fitness Professionals are not only interested in having participants go through the rudimentary process of doing routine exercises to lose weight, but are genuinely interested in engendering a family-like environment where participants can express their insecurities with regards to their weight and their weight loss goals. At Fit Farm, success is NEVER measured in pounds lost, but the determination and tenacity of each participant and the willingness to at least try. According to management, their aim is to ensure that everyone is comfortable and finishes the programme injury free, looking better, feeling better and most of all, staying focus to keep the lifestyle change.

Fit farm has recently twinned health and fitness with technology with the launch of the Fit Farm Lifestyle mobile application for the summer. This app will allow customers to view business hours, address and location via Google Maps and the kinds of classes available at the Club and the corresponding hosting instructors; it also enables signed-in clients to receive notifications on the happenings at Fit farm, receive motivational emails, and submit questions and feedbacks. It is slated that Fit Farm will allows its members to track their workout routine and performance through the App later in the year. Fit farm seeks to create its own online fitness community which is an offshoot of its physical Fit Farm Family at the gym. The online community will have access to posted nutrition guidelines, workouts, and motivational sessions with Nutrition Consultant and Body Transformation and Lifestyle coach, Audrey Allwood; the aim is to create an avenue for a lifestyle change for those in the community who may not be able to make it to gym as much as they would want.

The Club has been undergoing renovations since February of this year with an expanded physical space at the gym to better accommodate free movement, good relations and comfortable workout. The space is bigger, with plans to have newer and better equipment. They have a brand new balcony overlooking boot camp to accommodate the newest addition to their fitness offering- Tae Bo!

As the gym that has earned the title of “Best Represented Gym” over the past 3 years from the Jamaica Body Building and Fitness Association (JABBFA), Fit Farm now offers consultations for fitness enthusiasts who strive to be champions in bodybuilding, bikini fitness, body fitness and beauty pageants. The Power Play Powerlifting and Bikini Contest to be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016 is a testament of Fit Farm’s growing involvement and successes in the fitness and lifestyle fraternity. Audrey and her team specialize in contest preparation and posing; in fact, the contestants meet at Fit Farm’s headquarters for contest prep: posing and walking routines. Fit Farm is also an active sponsor of the Power Play event and also have athletes representing the Club in the named event, come Saturday. They have successfully trained the top Miss Jamaica Bikini, Lisan Levy, who is also a doctor by profession and the top Miss Jamaica Body Fitness, Raquel Neath. And yet, more is to come from Fit farm.

If you want to be truly motivated, if you’re ready to meet a challenge, if you want to be “fit and fabulous”, if you want great summer body all year round, if you want to kick start a healthy lifestyle, if you’re tired of your old exercise routine and if you want extremely competitive gym fees – then do your body a favor and visit Fit Farm Fitness Club.

Fit Farm endeavors to continue to create everyday champions in all clients – not through quick fixes – but through commitment, dedication and a comprehensive training programme. Fit Farm Fitness Club is located at 2 Upper Braemar Avenue, Kingston 5; contact numbers 978-5111, 322-5823; email address: fitfarmjamaica@gmail.com
