MANDEVILLE, Manchester — In 2009, Charlton Powell started the Smartbox technology store at Grove Court in Mandeville.
Today, seven years later, he also offers his services from Bank House Mall in the town and started a ‘webstore’ inside the original location to expand its reach.
According to the company profile, customers can access the latest devices, get competitive prices, benefit from warranties and receive advice and support.
Powell now has an increasing employee count and a growing client base.
With a plan to continue to adapt to changes to provide solutions and a decision to maintain a “long-standing” and positive reputation in customer service delivery, he foresees future expansion.
